Meesho label crop: the complete guide

Why the default Meesho label PDF wastes paper, how this Meesho label cropper fixes it, and how to go from "Sub Order Labels" download to a printed, packed order in under a minute.

Why you need to crop Meesho shipping labels

Every time you download the "Sub Order Labels" PDF from your Meesho supplier panel, you get a full A4 page for every order, even though the shipping label, the barcode and the tax invoice only use the top part of that page. The rest is blank. On a thermal label roll, that blank space is either cut off awkwardly by the printer driver or forces you to shrink everything, which makes the barcode and address smaller. On a normal printer, you burn a full sheet for a label that could share the page with several others. With fifty or a hundred orders a day, that becomes a real cost in paper, ink and time.

Why manual Meesho label cropping does not scale

Some sellers crop each page by hand in Word, Photoshop or a PDF editor. That is fine for five orders and painful for a hundred. It is also harder than it looks, because Meesho labels are not all the same height. Delhivery, Shadowfax, Valmo and ValmoPlus print their destination codes differently, sometimes on one line and sometimes stacked over three or four. A taller label box pushes the whole invoice down the page, so a crop that looks right on one label can slice through the invoice total on the next.

How this Meesho label cropper works

This tool does not use one fixed crop height. It reads every page separately, finds where the invoice "Total" row sits on that page, and trims the blank space just below it. A short label and a tall label from the same PDF both come out cleanly cropped, with the full address, barcode, product details and tax invoice intact. You never have to check which courier printed which label.

Crop only or crop and arrange

Just crop keeps one label per page, sized to its real content. This is the one to use for a thermal label printer. Crop & arrange takes the same cropped labels and places 2, 4, 6 or 8 of them on one A4 sheet. Use it to save paper (8 labels on one sheet instead of 8 sheets), check a whole batch before printing, keep a copy for your packing table, or print on an office printer. The crop is identical in both modes; only the layout changes.

Why sellers use this Meesho label crop tool

It is built only for the Meesho "Sub Order Labels" format, so there is nothing to set up. It is free, it needs no login or email, it adds no watermark, and it does not keep a copy of your file. Because every page is measured on its own, the invoice total is not cut off when a label is taller than usual. For a seller who ships every day, that means less time on print settings, less wasted paper and fewer reprints.

How to print cropped Meesho labels

For a thermal printer, set the paper size in the print dialog to your label size (for example 4x6 inches) and choose "Fit to page" so the cropped label scales neatly onto the label. For "Crop & arrange" on an A4 printer, use A4 portrait at 100% (Actual size) so the grid prints as shown. If you print on A4 sticker sheets, the 4, 6 and 8 per page layouts are made to line up with the sticker cells (for example 6 per page = 99.1 x 93.1 mm), with a small safe gap inside each sticker. Never use "Fit to page" on sticker sheets, because it moves the labels off the stickers. Print one test page first when you change printer or paper, then print the whole batch.

Meesho label crop: frequently asked questions

How do I crop a Meesho shipping label?

Download the "Sub Order Labels" PDF from your Meesho supplier panel, upload it to this Meesho label crop tool, choose "Just crop" or "Crop & arrange", and download the result. It takes a few seconds.

Can I print 4, 6 or 8 Meesho labels on one page?

Yes. Choose "Crop & arrange" and pick 2, 4, 6 or 8 labels per A4 page. Every label is cropped first and then placed in a neat grid, so you use far fewer sheets of paper.

Is this Meesho label cropper free?

Yes. It is 100% free, with no login, no signup, no watermark and no payment at any step.

Will the tax invoice be removed from my label?

No. The invoice stays attached under each label exactly as Meesho generated it. Only the empty space below it is trimmed.

What is the difference between "Just crop" and "Crop & arrange"?

"Just crop" trims every page and keeps one label per page, ready for a thermal label printer. "Crop & arrange" also places 2, 4, 6 or 8 labels on one A4 sheet, which is useful for reviewing a batch or printing on a normal office printer.

Does it work for Delhivery, Shadowfax, Valmo and ValmoPlus labels?

Yes. The label box can be one to four lines tall depending on the courier code, so the tool measures every page on its own and crops right after the invoice total.

Is my Meesho label PDF stored anywhere?

No. Your PDF is processed when you submit it and the result is sent straight back to your browser. Nothing is kept after that.

Is there a limit on file size or number of labels?

You can upload up to 15 MB and 200 labels in one PDF, which is enough for a normal day of dispatch.
